Introducing the ultimate 8-week hip rehab program - scheduled for 3 rehab sessions per week, each lasting about 30 minutes. No gym membership required! You can complete the program at home, on your lunch break, as a warm-up before lower body workouts, or as a stand-alone recovery session.

Each session will focus on maximizing three key components: Hip Flexibility, Hip Mobility, and Hip Stability.

The program is also divided into 2 Phases: the 1st Phase (Weeks 1-4), emphasizes maximizing neuromuscular control with mobility and stability training, stimulating. slow-twitch muscle fibers. With the 2nd Phase (Weeks 5-8), advanced joint mobilizations, stimulating fast-twitch muscle fibers through plyometrics, emphasis on developing lateral and rotational hip strength.

While no gym membership is necessary, you will need a: foam roller or yoga block, loop and long resistance bands, box or bench and a lacrosse ball.
